Hot Lunch Longer
I think it would be beneficial for lunch upstairs in the caf to be open until at least 1:30 during the week. I find it to be a time crunch after 12:05 mass to grab hot food in the caf. Often, after I would finally get into the caf after mass, meet up with friends, and wait in line to get hot food, that the things such as the salad bar upstairs are closed before I have time to grab something else to eat.
Any one else have this problem?
Would it be too burdensome for the caf staff to keep the upstairs open for 15 more minutes during the week?

1. What time do you usually get to the Caf after mass? and
2. Would 15 extra minutes be enough to solve the problem?
Hey Kimberly,
Our General Manager, Doug Orr, told me that this is the first time that he has heard this request. The next step for Sodexo is to analyse our customer traffic during those times and see if a change makes sense. I'll try to keep you updated here as we make progress on analyzing the data.
In the mean time, are there others who agree with you? If you can show that this is a problem for a lot of people then it will help us determine that a change is in fact in order. Thanks for your feedback!
