Late Night on the Weekends

I have attended Franciscan University for three years now, and as long as I remember, there has never been Late Night on Friday or Saturday nights. In my opinion, these are the two days that people would  eat most compared to the weekdays because we do not have to wake up for school in the morning, and we are primarily staying up later. Extending Late Night to Friday and Saturday nights would bring much more business in the Cafeteria.

Hey Katie. Thanks for the idea. I spoke to our General Manager Doug Orr about this briefly. The idea is interesting and we're thinking about it. I'll keep you updated here.


Where you aware that the Pub is open until 11pm on both Friday and Saturday?


Also, is there anyone else out there who would prefer to come to the Caf rather than the Pub late on Friday or Saturday? This feedback will help us. Thanks!

She has a good point. I however frequent the pub more often on weekends.

If anything, I'd rather go to Sandella's later. I live on Lower Campus, and it's a bit of a hike to get to main campus just to eat, especially on those nights when you just want to study and huddle in your dorm, or when the weather is bad...
